Our reading, fortune telling services are provided with good intentions, all comments and advices are for reference and reflections only. Customers are 100% responsible for their own choices and actions of their lives.
We emphasize: “Spirituality and metaphysics are not exact science. All classes, consultations, and products are for leisure purposes only and do not suggest any kind of cure to disease or condition.”
5. User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you agree:
– To provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account or making a purchase.
– Not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
– To respect the intellectual property rights of Jerry Sanctus and other users.
6. Booking and Payment
6.1 Consultation and Class Booking
All bookings will be confirmed only when paid in full. Our staff will contact you to confirm the details and provide details for your booking.
6.2 Payment Terms
Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
Interest free installment of advance classes can be provided as per request, and will be arranged in a case by case basis. The installment service will be under a subscription plan with payment gateway Stripe.com. You will require a credit card or debit card for it. Please note you will not be able to manage and cancel your subscription on Stripe.com to protect the mutual benefit. Please contact our staff for making any changes. You can check your subscription (installment) status from this customer portal here.
All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollar and may be subject to applicable taxes in other countires.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
7.1 Consultations and Classes
Because of the nature of wellness and spiritual experiences, no refunds will be provided for any consultations or classes after the services taken place.
For reschedule or cancellation of consultations:
All requests made 24 hours in advance will receive 100% full refund or maximum 3 times of time or date reschedule. Any request made within 24 hours will not be entertained and no refund.
For cancellation of class:
All requests made 7+ days in advance will receive 100% full refund. Cancellation request within 7 days of the class will only receive 50% refund.
For claims after consultations or classes:
In extremely rare cases, if you are truly dissatisfied with the service, you may submit a detailed claim via email ([email protected]) within 24 hours after the activity. We will carefully investigate your concern within 30 days. If approved, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the activity cost. The remaining 30% or more will be retained as a token of respect for the time, the venue, and the management costs.
7.2 Products
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer will be responsible for all the shipment (both inward and outward), custom taxes or any administration charges involved.
For package damage upon receipt, please reject to sign on the spot of delivery and file claims to the shipment provider.
Personalized items or digital products (videos, downloadable files, etc) are non-refundable once purchased.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and videos, is the property of Jerry Sanctus or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
“Mysteries of Light 靈魂解密” is a registered trademark of Hong Kong, protecting Jerry Sanctus 25 years of specialty in spiritual development. We will not hesitate to take legal actions against any infringement of our intellectual property.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Jerry Santus is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or products.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service or product in question.

7. 退款與取消政策

- 24 小時內的請求將不予受理且不退款。
- 課程取消：
- 提前 7 天以上提出的請求可獲 100% 全額退款。
- 提前 7 天內的請求將僅退款 50%。
- 活動後申訴：
在非常罕有的情況下若閣下對服務不滿，可在活動結束後 24 小時內通過電郵（[email protected]）提交申訴。申訴將於 30 天內調查，若批准，可獲最高 70% 的退款，其餘 30%或以上 將作為場地及管理費用。
7.2 產品
- 實體產品可在收貨後 7 天內退回，需保持未使用且原包裝完整。退貨運費（包括進口和出口）、關稅及行政費由顧客承擔。
- 若收到貨物時包裝損壞，請當場拒收並向物流提供商提出索賠。
- 個性化產品或數碼產品（如視頻、下載文件等）一經購買概不退款。
